T-Total (Robert Michael and Tasty Tim)
have worked with many great artists over the last ten
years, from Apollo 440 (Epic) to the Pet Shop Boys (Parlophone)
and are currently collaborating with Boy George on a
new project. Fans include Carl Cox, Junior Vasquez and
Danny Tenaglia and Robert and Tim have been behind numerous
club floor fillers over the last few years with great
labels such as Novamute, Steve Lawler’s Harlem
and 99 degrees. Baby's On Fire (Pure Mint) featuring
guest vocals from legendary Soft Cell frontman Marc
Almond reached #5 iTunes (UK) and #32 (USA).
Both continue to DJ and release music separately. Robert,
with Leslie McGirr, released The Healing Song on Mint
Source Recordings in February 2003, which was championed
by Norman Jay MBE on his Giant 45 show. T-Total’s
remix of the Healing Song and the club favourite on
the flip FEEL THE RAIN was released (Mint Source) in
November 2003 with FEEL THE RAIN being licensed to a
Carl Cox and Junior Vasquez compilation and receiving
broad DJ club and radio support.
