the Shopping List “On Line Shop”. The following guide outlines
how the future shop will operate.
Guide to Purchasing Records and other Merchandise Online
Here is a step-by-step guide to help you use our online purchase
service.
Step 1 - Submit Order
When you click on the Buy button you will be taken to the View Cart
page where your record title(s) and other merchandise items, quantity
and total price will be shown. You will be given three options:
Cancel, Confirm and Checkout Now. Press Checkout Now to submit your
order.
Step 2 - Delivery Address
You will then be taken to the Delivery Address page where you will
be asked to confirm your address and give details of the delivery
address, if different to your own. Postage and packing costs will
be added automatically to the purchase price. Press Next to proceed
to the secure payment site.
Step 3 - Secure Payment
Once at the secure payment site you will confirm your method of
payment, credit card number and its expiry date. Pure Mint accepts
payment by all leading credit cards*. Once your order is processed
you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation will
detail the amount you have paid and the merchandise that you have
ordered. We regard the security of your confidential information
as paramount. Please see SECURITY section below for further
details.
Step 4 - Confirmation of Delivery
We will confirm to you by email when we have posted / shipped your
products. In the UK , you should expect to receive your records
by first class post within 3 days of this confirmation. If you do
not, please email us at customerservice@pure-mint.com
and we will investigate the delay. Our returns, refunds and
cancellation policy is set out below.
Step 5 - Arrival of Records/CD's/etc.
You or your specified recipient will receive your records/cd's etc.in
the post.
*accepted Credit Cards will be notified here in these terms &
conditions soon.
PAYMENT TERMS, PRICES & UK TAXES
Prices quoted include
UK taxes (VAT). Postage and shipping costs for merchandise
are set out separately.
Overseas Customers
If you are an overseas customer
and wish to purchase a record or merchandise from the on-line store,
you can do so by following the steps outlined above. When
you reach the delivery address section you will be able to click
on an area designated for non UK addresses. Select Europe , or Rest
of the World, and complete the address details depending on your
location. The relevant Postage and Packaging charges will automatically
be added to the purchase price. Continue to the Secure Payment Site
to complete your purchase.
There are no UK export restrictions on our products.
Our prices are stated in £ GB Pounds for all products.
Processing Your
Order & Delivery
Postage and shipping costs
for more than one item are shown when ordering and are dependent
on quantity. The more items that you order, the cheaper the average
postage and shipping costs per item. .
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If you receive Records,
CD's or other merchandise that are damaged in transit, or will not
play satisfactorily please inform us by email to customerservice@pure-mint.com
. We will arrange for their return, test them and will offer
a replacement. We will not normally refund you for Records or CD's
or other products that play or work satisfactorily. To familiarise
yourself with the record's content you should review the Free
Previews before deciding whether to rent or buy.
You are given the opportunity to cancel your order during the online
booking process. Once you have ordered goods to buy we are unable
to cancel your order.
SECURITY POLICY
Pure Mint makes every effort to maintain and fully protect your
confidentiality when taking an online payment. This includes ensuring
the security of your credit card details and other personal information.
All of your personal information is encrypted as it travels over
the internet and you will be notified when you are entering or leaving
a secure part of the system. When you make a purchase with Pure
Mint over the World Wide Web your web browser connects directly
with our payment service provider's web site through SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer). SSL is an industry standard protocol for encryption
over the internet. When information is encrypted, it is scrambled
between your computer and our server. The information is only unscrambled
when it safely reaches our payment service provider's secure servers.
It is fast and safe and ensures that your personal information cannot
be read or retrieved by anyone else.
When checking our products and prices no personal information is
being exchanged and so encryption is not used.
As you make a purchase we need to capture your personal details
to go into the order. At this point the information is encrypted.
You can tell this is happening as your browser will display a key
or padlock.
When you send your card and personal details to us, none of the
information is stored on our website - it is passed straight
to secure servers belonging to our payment service provider.
Please be aware that any standard emails travel in a non-encrypted
format and should be regarded as not secure.
We aim to continuously improve our site, so there may be developments
in the future about how we secure your data. We will notify you
by updating this policy and wherever possible by emailing you if
you have opted in to receive updates from us.
